One of three adults age 65 and older falls each year, and falls are the leading cause of injury, trauma related hospital admissions and death due to injury. Many older adults and their families do not understand the factors that put them at risk for a fall and are unaware of how to reduce this risk. An effective fall prevention program has been shown to reduce fall risks through a combination of exercise and risk education.

"My surgeon referred me to Avid Physical Therapy after my ACL reconstruction. From the very first phone call that I made to set up an appointment, I felt comfortable. Dr. Luke Gentry and his entire staff have a very positive energy that helped to keep me motivated. I would recommend anyone of any age with any problem to call today to get the same quality treatment that I did."
