Kelly SandersPresident - PT, DPT, OCS, ATC

Kelly Sanders grew up here on the central coast. After graduating from Atascadero High School is 1992, she went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and a minor in Exercise and Health Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
 
In 1999, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Kelly completed a one-year residency program in orthopedic physical therapy at Kaiser West Los Angeles and Fortanasce & Associates Physical Therapy. She is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and also is a certified athletic trainer. In her personal time, Kelly enjoys snow skiing, being outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Andrew CherryDirector of Employee Education & Organizational Development

Andrew was born and raised in San Luis Obispo County. After graduating from Cal Poly and coaching basketball at his former high school he decided he was passionate about teaching kids. He went back to school to get a Master’s in Education and teaching credential.
 
He spent about fifteen years in the public K-12 education sector serving in roles that ranged from teacher and coach to principal to technology and facilities director. Additionally, he has taught teacher preparation courses at one of his alma maters, Chapman University. Outside of the work day, Andrew is an avid golfer, stills enjoy playing basketball, and loves doing just about anything outdoors with his wife Emily and their two boys Seth and Luke.

Pam SimpsonTreasurer

Pam Orth Simpson joined the Movement for Life team as Controller in 2006 and currently serves as Treasurer. She brings over twenty years of accounting, finance, and management experience from prior employment with two different Fortune 500 restaurant corporations and as Controller for a local restaurant chain. During her career, Pam has been a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
 
Pam enjoys living on California's Central Coast and all it has to offer such as cycling, hiking, and wineries. She loves spending time with her husband and adorable son at activities such as swimming and playing at the beach.

Natalia ByrnesDirector of Billing

Natalia splits her loyalties between the Central Coast of CA and Boston, with family in both areas. She has been with Movement For Life since 2005 - first as a Billing Specialist, then a Billing Supervisor and now as the Billing Department Director, where she manages a large team of Billing Specialists. In her free time, she spends much of her time on a skilled softball team as well as with her wild, young daughter and is an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Megan AlexanderContracting and Credentialing Manager

Megan was born and raised on the Central Coast of California and spent much of her life there before making a move to the big city of Sacramento, which she has grown to love. Megan has been in healthcare administration for over 20 years with experience in Cardiology, Urology and Physical Therapy. She has been with Movement For Life for 13 years - first as a Billing Specialist, then a Billing Supervisor and now as the Contracting and Credentialing Manager where she manages a team of credentialing professionals in payer contracts, negotiations and provider credentialing. In addition, Megan works directly with the Billing Department Director in the practical management of the revenue cycle. She is a member of HFMA, MGMA and PPS and attends numerous professional conferences each year which include education and training on project management, payer contracting and negotiations and revenue cycle management. In her personal life, Megan is a proud mother of 5, a very young grandma, passionate Survivor fan and wishful traveler, in that order.

Randall HillDirector of Facilities & Purchasing

Randall was born and raised in California's Central Valley and moved to San Luis Obispo in 1998. From physical labor to bartending and sales to office jobs, Randall has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with many different responsibilities and personality types throughout his professional career.

Just prior to working at San Luis Sports Therapy, Randall worked for a local branch of a widely-known real estate company for three years. Desiring a more structured work schedule, he found the San Luis Sports Therapy billing department. Before long, he was offered a position within Facilities/IT – which proved to be a better fit for his wide array of skills. The Marketing Department then took interest in Randall's artistic side – where he created marketing and promotional content including t-shirts, posters and banners. From his work ethic and desire to grow, Randall was offered the dual roles of Director of Facilities & Purchasing Manager. He now works closely with the Accounting Department on many levels, as well as with the CEO of the company. In addition to those titles, being the team player that he is, Randall still wears many hats, tackling different projects and tasks on a daily basis for multiple departments and people. This includes managing storage, sitting on the Marketing Committee, and even serving as the local space planner.

Randall, his lovely wife and their son currently reside in San Luis Obispo.

Anny HenryDirector of Human Resources

A lifelong passion for people and physical fitness brought Anny to the Movement for Life team in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources. Originally from Quebec her career carried her to Silicon Valley where she spent fifteen years collaborating to help make others successful at Apple, Microsoft and several start-ups.
 
Her high-energy approach and specific experience in benefits administration, payroll and HRIS management, employee relations and retention, combined with recruiting, hiring and onboarding result in someone who believes strongly in “team” and looks for ways make that a reality every day.

Anny is a three time Canadian national age group bronze medalist in two cycling disciplines and a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. Anny enjoys training so she spends her free time running, cycling and teaching a weight lifting class. When she is finished working out she also enjoys traveling, discovering the central coast and Welsh Corgis.

Rebeccah WeberPT Talent Guru, Recruiting & Retention Specialist

Rebeccah was raised in San Juan Bautista, CA and San Miguel, CA. After graduating from Cal Poly, Rebeccah tried to pursue a finance and accounting career, first in London then in Paso Robles where she quickly learned that neither finance nor accounting were her passions. She transitioned to a career in Benefits and Human Resources, and joined Team Movement for Life to continue on that path in February 2013. She became our PT Talent Guru, and now spends most of her time speaking with PT and PTA candidates learning what they want to accomplish in their careers, then makes recommendations on a good fit with clinics on our team.

Outside of her professional role, Rebeccah enjoys jogging, kayaking, traveling, drinking red wine, and spending time at home with her dogs Luna, Ady, and Phreddy.

Stacey RitterDirector of Sports Medicine & Athletic Training - MS, ATC

Stacey Jensen Ritter, MS, ATC is a sports injury specialist with over 25 years of athletic training experience in the following settings: division 1 university, academic, administration, professional, industrial, clinic, olympians, and secondary school.

She frequently provides professional and community education on a variety of subjects, including: youth sports concussion, multidisciplinary sports injury management, psychology of injury, secondary school athletic training programs, and best practice standards.
 
As a former member of the National Athletic Trainers Association Secondary School Athletic Training Committee, Stacey has co-authored several articles & position statements related to high school sports medicine. She continues to advocate for the highest quality of health care for student-athletes, and youth sports safety in general.

Tiffany DavidsMarketing Manager

Tiffany is originally from Southern California, but moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly (where she fell in love with the Central Coast!). While at Cal Poly SLO, Tiffany completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing, and a minor in dance. After graduation, Tiffany continued her manager position at a local doctor’s office before coming to Movement for Life. Outside of her professional role, Tiffany teaches dance in Pismo Beach, and enjoys traveling, visiting her family, and spending time with her husband and french bulldog.

Ryan MillerBusiness Development & Client Services - San Luis Sports Therapy

Ryan was born and raised in Southern California and moved to San Luis Obispo in 2007 to attend Cal Poly. He became very interested in human movement and function and eventually joined SLST in late 2009 as a PT Aide. After completing his education, Ryan assumed more responsibilities within the company including Front Office Assistant, Lead PT Aide, Transcriptionist and Director Track Participant. In 2014, Ryan was awarded a Business Development position for the SLST Region.
 
Ryan continues to teach boot camp classes with Athlon Fitness & Performance and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.

In his personal time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, working out, spending time with his friends and family, and various outdoor activities including surfing, hiking and camping.

Milo WinnBusiness Development & Client Services - San Luis Sports Therapy

Milo moved to the Central Coast from Los Angeles as a teenager and graduated from Templeton High School in 2004. She began her professional adventures at Starbucks where, along with being an award-winning barista, she developed a craving for the interaction with the community around her and an everlasting passion for customer service.
 
While pursuing an education from the local community college, Milo was hired on with Team Movement for Life as a PT aide at the Paso Robles clinic in January of 2008. She also graduated from California Holistic Institute that year and was able to offer sports massage services for the company. Finding her home with San Luis Sports Therapy, she has dedicated the last seven years to learning and growing into the company. After six years managing the front office in Paso, she pursued an opportunity to move to our administration family and was quickly offered a Business Development Director role.

As a dedicated life-long learner, Milo continues to grow in her desire to make a difference with Team Movement for Life. She is dedicated to her Business Development Director Role and is excited and refreshed at the opportunity to get back to her basics of relationship building, interacting with the community and customer service.

In her free time, Milo loves camping with her friends and husband, cuddling with her dog, painting, writing, wine tasting, cooking, entertaining, learning, spin classes and yoga. Her proudest and greatest accomplishment thus far in her life has been marrying her best friend in July of 2014

Heidi CoffeeBusiness Development & Client Services - Delta Physical Therapy, Central Valley Physical Therapy & Score Physical Therapy

Heidi Coffee is the Director of Business Development for Delta and Central Valley Physical Therapy and SCORE Physical Therapy. This consists of three Clinics in California’s Central Valley area, one in Kern County and the fifth Clinic in Santa Cruz County.
 
Heidi brings over 25 years of experience of strong outside sales, combined with marketing and promotional expertise in the area of medical diagnostic imaging and physical therapy.

Heidi’s has proven skills with identifying and capitalizing on a changing and challenging health care industry trends.

She is especially skilled at establishing, developing and maintaining long lasting professional relationships with physicians as well as medical staff. She is resourceful and a creative thinker with strong negotiation skills. Works professionally with each clinic assisting them with goal setting, event planning and marketing.

Heidi lives in Lodi, CA where in her spare time she enjoys traveling, yoga, gardening, cooking, wine tasting and entertaining family and friends.

Kallie was raised in Boise, Idaho. She attended the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, and completed the Sports Science program in 2010. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.

Kallie married her high school sweetheart (and a Cal Poly SLO graduate) in 2011, which spurred their move back to the Central Coast. Outside of her professional role, Kallie enjoys hiking, playing with her golden retriever, Siena, travelling, cooking, and enjoying all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Jennifer MetzlerPT, DPT, OCS - Float PT

Jennifer came from the Central Valley of California to join the San Luis Sports Therapy team. Jennifer has experience working with people of all age groups who have orthopedic, neurological, balance and even some wound care issues.
 
She recently completed her Orthopedic Residency and transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy through Evidence In Motion. She has also attended multiple continuing education courses through Folsom Physical Therapy and the North American Institute of Manual Therapy organizations in the past.

Jennifer loves traveling for work and for fun, which is why she has become a float physical therapist. She has already worked in multiple SLST offices both in and out of San Luis Obispo County. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys swimming, jogging, fishing, skydiving, bowling, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family, friends and her two cats.

Janey was raised up in Long Beach, California.  With interest in learning about anatomy and wanting to help others, Janey pursued a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and further went on to complete the Doctorate of Physical

Therapy program at USC.  With varied interest, Janey went on to work in different settings such as aquatic rehab, neurologic rehab, early intervention for kids and outpatient orthopedics.  Love of travel and new experiences brought Janey up to the Central Coast to experience all the area has to offer.  On her off days, you can find her hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, and wine tasting.

Jim GlinnFounder / Chairman - PT, DPT, OCS

James E. Glinn, PT, DPT, OCS is the Founder of the Movement For Life Team with locations in Arizona, California, and North Carolina. He shares responsibility for the leadership, strategic planning and operations of the multi-facility organization, while heading up the wellness and lifestyle programming for the Team.
 
Jim is a graduate of the medical center at Loma Linda University, and he completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and the North American Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Glinn serves as faculty for the EIM and Northeastern University Doctoral programs. Currently, James serves as the Vice Chair for the Physical Therapy Business Alliance. In both his personal and professional experiences, Jim has coached and rehabilitated All-Americans, Olympians, Amateur and Professional athletes.

Lindie BastiFront Office Coordinator

After moving from Central California to the Central Coast, and graduating from San Luis Obispo High School, Lindie attended Cuesta College attaining her Associates Degree, then transferred to Fresno State where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.

Lindie was inspired to pursue a career in the healthcare field by her uncle Johnny. Johnny was diagnosed with polio when he was young and told he would have limitations with his condition. Johnny has been able to overcome adversity and challenges to live a happy and successful life. Lindie accredits her uncle for teaching her the importance of true determination, and to never give up. Lindie also enjoys country music, visiting amusement parks & spending time with her husband, family, & friends.
