Vince KambeClinic Director - PT, DPT, OCS

Vincent J. Kambe, a native of Southern California, received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2004. He then went on to complete his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2007.

While at Azusa Pacific his education provided him the ability to refine his physical therapy techniques. His training included clinical rotations in an orthopedic setting, acute care at a trauma one hospital, and pediatric care.

Since graduation, Vincent’s concentration has been focused in orthopedics. His passion for health and wellness and a deep desire to help people has inspired him to further his education. Vincent completed an orthopedic residency with the Evidence in Motion group. Recently he became a board certified orthopedic specialist, a designation that only two percent of his profession has been able to achieve. Vincent is a twice published author in "The Journal of Applied Research" on the subject of diet and exercise. Community involvement is also a priority, as he gives numerous public lectures and has been involved with fundraisers for the arthritis foundation and breast cancer awareness. An Avid outdoorsman he enjoys playing golf, hiking and basketball. Vincent resides with his wife Heather, four year old son Daniel and two year old daughter Isabella in La Quinta, California.

Gloria JaureguiOffice Manager

Gloria Jauregui has worked as the Front Office Manager for Avid Physical Therapy since July 2009. She brings bilingual abilities, outstanding customer service skills and great administration experience to her job.

Gloria was born and raised in the beautiful Coachella Valley. She attended College of the Desert. In Gloria’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Noah. She is an Anaheim Angels fan, and likes to dance and cook for her friends and family.

Diana HuffmanPT, DPT

Diana is a certified vestibular specialist through Emory University and a concussion specialist working with the high schools of Coachella Valley and College of the Desert for IMPACT testing. She is the director of Avid Physical Therapy's vestibular program and is currently completing the Team Movement for Life director track. She enjoys mentoring and training physical therapy students interested in a vestibular specialty.

She attended Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Clarkson University, she received numerous awards and scholarships for her leadership skills and academic achievements and participation. She was a leading member of her school’s American Physical Therapy Association Student Representatives, where she helped organize and run a regional student conclave.

Her undergraduate education began in Flagstaff, Arizona focusing on Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University. Diana made her way back to California to continue her education at California State University of Northridge, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in kinesiology with an emphasis in dance. When not practicing physical therapy, Diana enjoys baking, gardening, tennis, cycling, hiking and camping.

Cristina ValenzuelaPT, DPT

Cristina was born and raised in San Diego, California and spent most of her life in the East County area of San Diego. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of California in San Diego, Cristina gained experience in the field of physical therapy before pursuing it as a career. In 2015, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in California. With a primary interest in orthopedics, Cristina plans to complete a residency program to become board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Outside of her professional role, Cristina enjoys outdoor activities, sports, spending time with family and friends, and reading.

Randy ChanPT, DPT

Randy was born and raised in Fresno, California. Working as an Anatomy & Physiology lab teacher's assistant piqued his interest in the field of physical therapy and led him to later pursue a career as a physical therapist assistant.

After working in multiple disciplines such as outpatient, a few Level 2 Trauma Center hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities, he decided to continue and obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, where he held the office of class vice president. He will be pursuing a one year residency program at Avid Indio to become a board certified orthopedic specialist. Randy loves to play volleyball, so much so that he has coached women’s high school teams in the past and has played in multiple tournaments every year since 2006. He also loves snowboarding, making his fiancé laugh, scaring his boss, and watching Serendipity.

Dulyawat ImrapornPT, DPT

Dulyawat was born and raised in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. He lived there for most of his life until he moved to Redlands, California to learn English language and to pursue higher education in 2002. He lived with his host family for many years during his senior year of high school and college.

Because of his interests in sports and helping others, he decided to pursue his career in Physical Therapy field where he attended Physical Therapist Assistant program at Loma Linda University and received his degree in 2009. Following his graduation, he started his first Physical Therapy Assistant career at AVID Indio, and after working with Vince and Luke, he decided to continue higher education in physical therapy and obtained Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. With his interests in Orthopedics, he plans to complete his residency program for Orthopedic Certified Specialist in the near future. Dulyawat enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He volunteered at AYSO for many years as an assistant coach and a referee. He also loves snowboarding, enjoying a variety of food especially noodles with his friends and family, and watching Friends.
