Clinic Director Luke D. Gentry started his university education at Western Oregon University where he studied Business and Biology. From there, he continued his studies at Trinity Western University in British Colombia, Canada to complete a Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) in 2004.
At Trinity Western University, he worked as a Sports Therapist for the Men’s Basketball team for three years. Luke then pursued a graduate degree at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California in which he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2007. Luke went on to complete a post-doctoral residency in orthopedics and became a board certified orthopedic clinic specialist (OCS). He is actively involved with various local schools and the community charities to improve the overall healthcare education and lifestyle. He enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, climbing, jogging, white water rafting and kayaking, in addition to enjoying spending time with his wife Crystal.

Alan Eldridge, PT, DPT, OCS Alan grew up in Lake Arrowhead, California and completed his undergraduate studies at Cal State San Bernardino where he earned a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2007. From there he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles in 2010.
After completing graduate school, Alan worked for Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles completing an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program in 2011 and a Spine Fellowship in 2012. After finishing the residency program, Alan earned his Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) as awarded by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS).
While at Cal State San Bernardino, Alan played college baseball for 2 years. He completed his 3rd 50K run in November 2012. Alan has recently moved to Redlands to be closer to his family and continue working as a Physical Therapist at Avid Physical Therapy. Alan currently mentors at Loma Linda University’s Orthopedic Residency Program providing instruction to recent graduates of Loma Linda’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He has conducted several areas of research which have been presented at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) annual conference. Areas of research have included knee varus mobilization for the osteoarthritic knee and the relationship of the abdominals on the deep neck flexion endurance test. Alan enjoys spending time with his wife Bonni and his dog Dexter. He is a big baseball fan and enjoys going to several Dodger games each season. He enjoys running and any outdoor activity. |

Front Office Manager Rhiannon was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. She went to school at the University of Redlands where she earned her BA in Liberal Studies and her BA in Spanish. She has great customer service skills acquired through her experiences in retail management and in the aquatics department of local recreation centers. Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her two children and husband, riding horses, hiking, and swimming. Rhiannon also enjoys cooking and eating good food! |

Clinic Director Vincent J. Kambe, a native of Southern California, received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2004. He then went on to complete his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in 2007. While at Azusa Pacific his education provided him the ability to refine his physical therapy techniques. His training included clinical rotations in an orthopedic setting, acute care at a trauma one hospital, and pediatric care.
Since graduation, Vincent’s concentration has been focused in orthopedics. His passion for health and wellness and a deep desire to help people has inspired him to further his education. Vincent completed an orthopedic residency with the Evidence in Motion group. Recently he became a board certified orthopedic specialist, a designation that only two percent of his profession has been able to achieve. Vincent is a twice published author in "The Journal of Applied Research" on the subject of diet and exercise. Community involvement is also a priority, as he gives numerous public lectures and has been involved with fundraisers for the arthritis foundation and breast cancer awareness. An Avid outdoorsman he enjoys playing golf, hiking and basketball. Vincent resides with his wife Heather, four year old son Daniel and two year old daughter Isabella in La Quinta, California.

Gloria was born and raised in the beautiful Coachella Valley. She attended College of the Desert. In Gloria’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Noah. She is an Anaheim Angels fan, and likes to dance and cook for her friends and family. |

Leo King, PT, DPT Leo King is a California native, born and raised in San Diego and now residing in Palm Desert. He attended San Diego State University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitative Sciences in 2008.
Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, he continued his education at the University of St. Augustine in San Diego and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. During his graduate studies, he completed clinical affiliations in the Southern California area. His professional interests are in orthopedics and manual therapy. Leo has completed additional coursework in the evaluation and treatment of the spine, pelvis, and extremities. His goals are to sit for a certification in manual therapy (MTC) and to attain a specialty in clinical orthopedics. In his free time, Leo enjoys playing soccer and watching films. Joshua Cacho, PT, DPT Joshua Cacho has been a life-long Californian, born in Loma Linda, CA where his father was attending dental school. His family soon relocated to Lodi, CA where he attended school.
After high school, Josh attended Pacific Union College in the fall of 2004 in the beautiful Napa Valley, where he majored in Physical Education. After three years, he continued his education at Loma Linda University and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. His professional goals are to obtain specialty certifications in the fields of sports and orthopedics. President Kelly Sanders grew up here on the central coast. After graduating from Atascadero High School is 1992, she went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a minor in Exercise and Health Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
In 1999, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Kelly completed a one-year residency program in orthopedic physical therapy at Kaiser West Los Angeles and Fortanasce & Associates Physical Therapy. She is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and also is a certified athletic trainer. In her personal time, Kelly enjoys snow skiing, being outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.

| Treasurer Pam Simpson pam@movementforlife.com Pam Orth Simpson joined the Movement for Life team as Controller in 2006 and currently serves as Treasurer. She brings over twenty years of accounting, finance, and management experience from prior employment with two different Fortune 500 restaurant corporations and as Controller for a local restaurant chain. During her career, Pam has been a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Pam enjoys living on California’s Central Coast and all it has to offer such as cycling, hiking, and wineries. She loves spending time with her husband and adorable son at activities such as swimming and playing at the beach.

Controller Lynette O’Neil joined San Luis Sports Therapy in early 2009 as the Assistant Controller and currently serves as the Controller. She has over 15 years of accounting experience in the private and government sectors.

| Director of Billing Caryn Black caryn@movementforlife.com Caryn Black joined San Luis Sports Therapy in early 2008 as interim controller before becoming Director of the Billing Department in July of 2008. Her prior experience consists of four years as a realtor in an exclusive gated community in Lake Almanor, CA and 7 years as a Financial Analyst for Citibank.
Her career experience and education led to established skills in contract negotiation, sales, financial analysis, and management.

Director of Employee Services Jenna has a background in both wellness and business. She has been local to San Luis Obispo since 2000, earning both her degrees at Cal Poly. Jenna served as the Wellness Coordinator for the City of SLO, managing the wellness program for 350 city employees and also managed a team of 25 personal trainers at Kennedy Club Fitness.
Her work experience also includes five years of personal training and nutrition counseling, event planning, non-profit nutrition education for kids, copy writing, and teaching vinyasa yoga at Smiling Dog. Jenna studied international business in China and India as part of her MBA program. Her role as Director of Employee Services and Public Relations ties together her two degrees and work experience. Jenna enjoys being active in the community, playing competitive soccer, and running marathons.

Director of Marketing and Public Relations Sarah was born and raised in Riverside, California. She attended California State University Long Beach in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree and dual credentials in math and multiple subject education. While there, she figured out that teaching was only one of her passions and decided to pursue others.
Upon her graduation in 2008, Sarah made the trek up the coast of California to San Luis Obispo. She joined the Movement for Life family that year in July and has worked in the billing department, accounting department and marketing. Outside of her professional role, Sarah enjoys spending her time hiking, wine tasting, and spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and dog.

Director of Facilities and Purchasing Randall was born and raised in California’s Central Valley and moved to San Luis Obispo in 1998. From physical labor to bartending and sales to office jobs, Randall has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in dealing with many different responsibilities and personality types throughout his professional career.
Just prior to working at San Luis Sports Therapy, Randall worked for a local branch of a widely-known real estate company for three years. Desiring a more structured work schedule, he found the San Luis Sports Therapy billing department. Before long, he was offered a position within Facilities/IT – which proved to be a better fit for his wide array of skills. The Marketing Department then took interest in Randall’s artistic side – where he created marketing and promotional content including t-shirts, posters and banners. From his work ethic and desire to grow, Randall was offered the dual roles of Director of Facilities & Purchasing Manager. He now works closely with the Accounting Department on many levels, as well as with the CEO of the company. In addition to those titles, being the team player that he is, Randall still wears many hats, tackling different projects and tasks on a daily basis for multiple departments and people. This includes managing storage, sitting on the Marketing Committee, and even serving as the local space planner.

| Director of Information Technology Ashley Fittz, MS, CSCS ashley@movementforlife.com Ashley was hired in 2004 as a PT Aide and worked the front desk at Athlon Health and Fitness in San Luis Obispo. He then became a Personal Trainer, taught Group Fitness (and is still a favorite instructor) and has served in different management capacities with Athlon.
Ashley continued to provide support to Athlon while taking on more duties within the IT/Facilities department over the past couple years. In addition to his IT duties, Ashley coordinates (and writes articles for) the quarterly company-wide newsletters for which he implemented a new design and has brought a very refined/professional feel. He manages still to include personal training sessions and group fitness instruction. He also serves as a champion of fitness and team spirit for the Administration and Billing team as he encourages more involvement in fitness and workouts as well as other group activities.
Ashley has earned his role through his willingness to learn and take on new challenges. His calm and friendly approach helps in this often thankless and challenging position. Ashley has contributed much behind the scenes to the company web sites and our systems and is poised to leading the continuing evolution of our use of technology. | Director of Sports Medicine & Athletic Training Stacey Ritter, MS, ATC stacey.ritter@movementforlife.com Stacey Jensen Ritter, MS, ATC is Director of Sports Medicine & Athletic Training, overseeing the high school outreach, and industrial athletic training programs. After completing her education, she served as Associate Director of Athletic Training, and Department of Sports Sciences instructor at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
After many years as a university Athletic Trainer, Stacey moved to the high school setting, and found a true mission in bringing the highest standard of athletic health care to young competitors. Over the years, she has worked with Olympians, professional athletes and NCAA champions, and has been on several international playing tours with athletic teams.
Areas of special interest include psychology of injury, the adolescent athlete experience, and concussion education. She also finds time to serve on boards and committees that advance and promote the role of Athletic Trainers in the high school setting. Stacey loves drawing, painting, and outrigger canoe racing. Jennifer M. Uyeda, PT, MPT Jennifer came from the Central Valley of California to join the San Luis Sports Therapy team. Jennifer has experience working with people of all age groups who have orthopedic, neurological, balance and even some wound care issues. She recently completed her Orthopedic Residency and transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy through Evidence In Motion. She has also attended multiple continuing education courses through Folsom Physical Therapy and the North American Institute of Manual Therapy organizations in the past.
Jennifer loves traveling for work and for fun, which is why she has become a float physical therapist. She has already worked in multiple SLST offices both in and out of San Luis Obispo County. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys swimming, jogging, fishing, skydiving, bowling, traveling, dancing, and spending time with family, friends and her two cats.

He was a leading account manager for Robert Half, International in the Sacramento area and directed Racquetball Warehouse here in San Luis Obispo.
Prior to accepting the position with San Luis Sports Therapy, Casey managed IS Imports, a national wholesaler and internet retailer here on the Central Coast. Together he brings with him a broad range of business, customer relations, and quality care experience.
In addition to his professional career, Casey was a member of the NCAA Champion UC Santa Cruz Tennis Team in 1998, and a scholar athlete at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Director of Business Development and Client Services Heidi C. Coffee Heidi Coffee is the Director of Business Development for Delta and Central Valley Physical Therapy. She is responsible for the Business Development of four Clinics in the Central Valley area. Heidi brings over 20 years of experience of strong outside sales, combined with marketing and promotional expertise in area of medical diagnostic imaging.
Heidi’s has proven skills identifying and capitalizing on a changing and challenging health care industry trends.
She is especially skilled at establishing, developing and maintaining long lasting professional relationships with her clients such as Sutter Health, City and County San Francisco, General Mills just to name a few. Director of Business Development and Client Services Carrie Anderson Carrie and her husband Brad relocated to the Tucson area from Colorado in 2010 and are enjoying the warmer climate and beautiful sunsets. In Colorado, Carrie attended Aims Community College and Colorado Christian University. Having owned and operated a Health Club of her own in Colorado, she is experienced in both the customer service side of business and the management.
Carrie is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys helping people obtain their fitness goals.

| Founder / Chairman James E. Glinn, PT, DPT, OCS jim@movementforlife.com James E. Glinn, PT, DPT, OCS is the Founder of the Movement For Life Team with locations in Arizona and California. He shares responsibility for the leadership, strategic planning and operations of the multi-facility organization, while heading up the wellness and lifestyle programming for the Team.
Jim is a graduate of the medical center at Loma Linda University, and he completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine and the North American Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Glinn serves as faculty for the EIM and Northeastern University Doctoral programs. Currently, James serves as the Vice Chair for the Physical Therapy Business Alliance. In both his personal and professional experiences, Jim has coached and rehabilitated All-Americans, Olympians, Amateur and Professional athletes.
